Des and I were in a pet store one afternoon picking up some dog food. She walked toward the doggie clothing section. I thought she said, "I want to get Tee Sea a sweater, Mr. Shivers," when in fact she had said, "I want to get Tee Sea a sweater, he shivers."
In any event, Tee Sea, somehow, slowly, became Mr. Shivers. Sometimes we'd call him (only) "Shivers" or "Shivs."
